[LAA] horgand-1.12 released

Hi

I released horgand-1.12
New features:

- Posibility to run without GUI.
- Added Keyboard Velocity Scaling.
- Added 3 new waveforms.
- Added syncro speed to all the LFO effects.
- Support for old file formats >=1.11.
- Added Sound Click.
- Added the posibility to load sounds from other banks
  to manage/mix banks.
- Added file browser to select wav rhythm files.

Fixed some bugs.
