Indeed. Seems like I've been confusing the roles of 'name' and 'label',
using the latter as a short description of the plugin. Will be corrected.
Question: What should a plugin browser display, 'name' or 'label' ?
Can 'name' be used as a short description, or does it have to be 
short enough to go into a menu for example ?
