[LAU] SOLVED (hopefully) Horrible number of xruns in Jack

Well, the good news is, after sorting through all of Bradley's tips, I'm 
now getting working audio and zero xruns (at 64 samples) with Jack 
playing back from Ardour 2. Sorting through the various available ports 
on the card did the trick. I did have to do some rerouting to finally 
hear audio, but that's not a big deal.
