</div>It was/is that important in my Linux audio world. My #2 production<br>
machine still runs JAD 1.0 and probably will until I'm convinced of the<br>
need to migrate.<br>

</blockquote><div><br>AFAIK Jacklab maintainers had some different views on things then most of the people in the Linux Audio World. I don't want to give comments or judgements whether this is/was right or wrong (besides I don't know much about it). But I like to say that I like people who have a different view/vision and I also think itīs good for the Linux Audio world if there are people with different views and let people free to have that. It prevents the community from 'group thinking'.<br>
<br>I'm glad that the great info Jacklab provides about setting up a Linux audio system, is saved and so is the wineasio stuff. I hope some people would go on with packaging for OpenSuse, maintaining RT kernel, WIKI, wineasio etc.<br>
