Dyne looked like the solution to that, but without ardour2, it's just not.<br>

And why punish us with grub2? I had a hellish time trying to configure it<br>
a couple of months ago and gave up and installed legacy grub.<br></blockquote><div><br>
</div></div>Everything leans towards Grub2 lately. It is Ubuntu's default boot manager too and since PD is based on Ubuntu...<br>It offers much more flexibility as well...<br><br>AVLinux is another lean audio distro that works very well on 64bit systems.<br>
