Ah, it seems QSynth might be the problem - it's not listed in the "ALSA" tab. Timidity is though...<br></div></blockquote><div><br>QSynth also supports JACK MIDI, (Check the "MIDI" tab in QJackCtl, see if QSynth is listed there..)<br>
Click "Setup" in QSynth, go trough the tabs, look for "MIDI Engine" or MIDI driver, and change the drop down box<br>to say ALSA instead of JACK.<br><br>That should solve it... ><br>Cheers, -Harry<br>
