<div dir="ltr"><div><div>Freewheel mode is a highly specialized thing, intended for offline (i.e. not throttled by audio data flowing to/from audio hardware) rendering of the entire JACK graph.<br><br></div>It used by (e.g.) Ardour for exporting (when Ardour is using JACK anyway; Ardour's other backends have a similar concept built in).<br><br></div>Freewheel mode is not something you use as a general thing.<br></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On Mon, Feb 29, 2016 at 7:55 PM, Jonathan E.
