[Consortium] JackLab shipping with VST support?

The VST support in question is for _native_ Linux support, which means
that the support is for open source VST instruments that have been
ported to Linux only, so this will not include any Windows VSTs unless
the author releases the source.

I'm hoping that this project will get a lot of support.
