Perfect. Btw. the nice value is null and void, you could remove it or
keep it, it doesn't affect rt priority. It's recommended to use
"rtprio     99" - http://jackaudio.org/faq/linux_rt_config.html .

"99" is what I actually use. IIRC some people go below "99" to avoid an
unresponsive GUI. I never experienced such an issue, even with oldish
machines. FWIW you only need one of those files, but you could keep
both files, it doesn't matter.
