Also, on my computer the 32-bit Jackd seems unhappy with a 64-bit kernel
when using raw Alsa Midi emulation:

dak at lola:~$ file /usr/bin/jackd
/usr/bin/jackd: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, interpreter /lib/ld-linux.so.2, for GNU/Linux 2.6.32, BuildID[sha1]=4923663f6c7d285cd54c6f774e32c677dfd47cd5, stripped
dak at lola:~$ cat /proc/version
Linux version 4.10.0-20-lowlatency (buildd at lcy01-05) (gcc version 6.3.0 20170406 (Ubuntu 6.3.0-12ubuntu2) ) #22-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT Thu Apr 20 10:18:38 UTC 2017

dak at lola:~$ jackd -d alsa -X raw

Note that the crash requires an actual raw midi device to be available
for remapping.
