On behalf of Andreas Persson, I am pleased to announce the release of gigedit
0.1.0 [1], an instrument editor for gig files. You can find a screenshot
here[2].

	* With gigedit it is possible to modify existing, as well as to create new
Gigasampler format instruments from scratch, which are not only accepted by
LinuxSampler, but now also by Gigastudio.

	* You can run gigedit as stand-alone application or "attached"[3] to
LinuxSampler. The latter case allows you to play and edit instruments at
the same time, making all your modifications immediately audible, without
having to reload the instruments into a sampler.

	* You can simply edit instruments by selecting the respective sampler channel
and clicking on "Edit" in either QSampler or JSampler, which automatically
	  spawns gigedit in "attached" mode.

Plese notice that this is still a very young instrument editor, so better
backup your .gig files before editing them with this application!
