[LAA] ir.lv2 with LV2 State extension support

Hi,
I updated the ir.lv2 convolution plugin to support LV2 State extension
for proper saving the internal plugin state.
It definitely works in QTractor, Ardour 3 (tested latest beta) and
Ardour 2 (using the legacy hash ports state hack).
