[LAA] [ANN] Radium 3

Radium is a music editor with a new type of interface. It's inspired by
trackers, but uses graphics to show musical data.


Most important changes between 1.9 and 3.0:

*  Smooth scrolling.
*  Enhanced graphics and user interface.
*  MIDI Sequencing.
*  Lots of bugs removed and features added.
