[LAA] mcpdisp-0.0.4 is released

The Mackie Control Protocol display emulator has a new release.

The code has be redone in c++ so that I could take it out of the terminal 
age into the GUI age.

If you are using a BCF2000 or two this will add the Mackie scribble strips 
and channel LED indicators to your setup.
