Doesn't really sound like enough to eliminate internal filtering in 
many cases at all... :-/

Yeah, but I think there are more "hidden" issues with this than we 
realized at first. It probably won't help sensitive algorithms all 
that much, and isn't needed for the less sensitive algorithms.
