BLOP is a set of LADSPA plugins - after way too long, it's up to v0.2.6

* Bandlimited oscillators (no aliasing noise)

    Variable width pulse
    Variable slope triangle
  
    Improved performance and quality (fixed some stupid 
    mistakes) over v0.2.5
