LCP is mostly hypothetical. There are some sample UIs and a sample host
implmentation bu thats about it.

There is no LADSPA lib, its just a .h file. The plugins can even be under
a GPL licence I belive, the GP doesn't have such strict conditions for
manual runtime linking.
