I'm CC'ing the ALSA devel list, perhaps someone there has some answers
concerning pops/clicks with full duplex and SB Live cards.

Okay, it was like 2 years ago when I was complaining about this same
problem. Just wanted to make sure it was indeed a new version of ALSA.
