There was one that was accepted I think:

LFO 1/rate
LFO 1/shape
LFO 2/rate
LFO 2/shape

FWIW, LADSPA 2 does seem to be dead, I've not head any discussion of it
recently. I'm still keen, but I think the pressure is very low, as theres
little apparently wrong with LADSPA and a lot of inertia.
