no promises on the release schedule, but I can tell you that the code is
already working ;-) It still needs a test suite before release, which is
actually turning out to be quite a lot of fun in itself. I'm targetting
libsndfile-1.0.11, currently waiting to sync to Erik's arch repo ;)
