Uh oh :)

I wasn't until very recently aware that theora had gotten to the stage that it 
actually works, great news. 

Sending a mail to the maintainers at http://theora.org would probably be a 
good idea as well. I'm sure they would be very interested in spreading the 
news.

One more thing, could it be listed on the lac page where in the world the 
relays are? You could probably figure it out but it would be nice if the info 
was readily available.
