Please note your uplink speed when reporting problems. The encoding is
currently using 115kbps audio and 137kbps video.

Please also test ice-9.rfa.org.

If you have sufficient bandwidth but still have problems, please join us
in #lac2005 at irc.freenode.net and we will attempt to trouble shoot. It
is 23:44 utc+2 here in Karlsruhe, so I am off to bed now. We will be
back on irc tomorrow morning at 09:00 utc+2.

I'll also try to check the list before the talks start tomorrow.
