hehe, it's that easy to use that even I managed to receive MIDI data 
using it. Furthermore it's cross platform and easy to use. 
Disadvantage: Rawmidi only.

Providing a callback function, you can permanently receive MIDI data 
while your application does not block. I find it cool stuff :) .
