I think libraries should be LGPL or BSD license not GPL.

Another problem with patches to JUCE: He sells a commercial license for 
non-GPL software. As long as he is the only author this is no problem, 
but ha cannot sell GPL code from other authors. Point is, you have to 
allow him to sell your code for commercial software and to use your code 
under another license than the GPL, because of Tracktion, which is 
closed source software.
