It seems the firmware got loaded.
Does it appear in the output of lsusb? What are the contents of
/proc/bus/usb/devices after the emi26 module has been loaded?

You cannot have options on an alias. Your options lines should look
options snd-usb-audio index=0,1
options snd-intel8x0 index=2
options snd-virmidi index=3
options snd-intel8x0m index=4
