You get stuck at the first GtkComboBox. The old combo box solution is
depricated and this new one appears in (at least):

$locate libgtk
   /usr/share/doc/libgtk+2.0_0-devel-2.4.9

That would be GTK 2.4.9, right?
My gcc is gcc 3.4.1, but I think that is less important ...

Both packages from Mdk-10.1
