actually, its worse than that. if you do this in C++ and you do not use
libsigc++, then a team of ninja open source developers will enter your
house overnight and eviscerate your internal organs. you cannot run, you
cannot hide. please, don't take chances. use libsigc++ for the sake of
your family and loved ones.
