As mentioned earlier, this would also violate the GPL license of LASH,
which I am a partial copyright holder to, and while (as mentioned in the
tarball in the spirit of Bob who came before me) I'm open to license
changes with good reason, I will not grant such an exception for this
case.  Sorry.

The VST license is what needs fixing, not ours.
