Can't, there's no semantics to work with (and so no state machine, which
the entire thing is based on).

Something similar /could/ be done, but a whole lot of difficult stuff
needs to be done first (the "OSC semantic templates" lazzaro mentioned,
service discovery, etc, etc).

Personally I want the stuff that would need to be done first directly
more than this RTP thing :)  Maybe one day..
