I tested 0.10.1 on SMP and uniprocessor system and it still crashes on
exit. Backtrace (from the uniprocessor system) is almost same as
provious one:

#0 0xb7f5d410 in __kernel_vsyscall ()
#1 0xb7e5ecf6 in pthread_cond_wait@@GLIBC_2.3.2 () from /lib/libpthread.so.0
#2 0x080503ac in engine_thread (arg=0x0) at engine.c:1123
#3 0xb7e5c3dd in start_thread (arg=0xb4fddbb0) at pthread_create.c:261
#4 0xb776fc8e in clone () from /lib/libc.so.6

--enable-debug=-g has no effect here- files are being compiled without
-g and I get no symbols in backtrace. In Makefile there is -g set for
CXXFLAGS but not for CFLAGS nor for LDFLAGS (and phasex is plain
C. BTW, plain C is cool :) - one more thing making phasex project rock!
