[LAD] [ANN] new version of ssg (Simple Sine Generator)

New version of Simple Sine Generator is available.

It now requires lv2core.

Simple Sine Generator is very simple instrument/generator plugin with
midi in and audio out ports. It expected to be useful for testing LV2
hosts and as base for writing your own plugins.

It is written in plain C.
