There is some basic support for this in Asterisk (www.asterisk.org) for use
in conference calls.

$ svn co http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/trunk asterisk-trunk

Open apps/app_meetme.c and search around for "ast_dsp" and that will point
you to where it is being done.  The hard work is being done in main/dsp.c.
