Note that all the Mvcflpf* were designed as modules for
AMS and that makes them somewhat special. AMS uses audio
rate signals for modulation waveforms (envelopes etc).

The plugins subsample these at 1/16 rate, using the
*last* value in each segment, and then interpolate
them. 

The only real audio rate signals are the main in/out
(the first two IIRC).
