Two currently, although I don't know how appropriate they would be for
this purpose.  They are vamp-simple-host, found in the Vamp SDK, and
the grandly-named Sonic Annotator (http://omras2.org/SonicAnnotator)
which is a batch feature extractor intended to be run across whole
collections of audio files.
