that's the vmic plugin i was talking about earlier. or the stereo
monitoring facility in tetraproc, but as i said, vmic is way more
convenient for your usecase.

so just create a 16ch master bus and use the third order panners. wiring
each channel is a PITA, but afterwards, you can just work as in 1st
order, there is no difference.
