Ha that's funny, I did the same kind of thing once. I had the bottom cover
 of my distortion pedal open and by carefully pressing two fingers
 on various circuit board places, I was able to make freaky
 feedback and oscillation noises as I played the guitar with the other hand.
(Note to self: Remove socks and use toes next time, freeing up both hands!)
