Hi Ralf,
I don't know much about all that, but it looks to me as if your version
of g++ doesn't know of -std=c++0x, hence it's too old.
However, it might be possible to compile it without that (with an older
c++ standard instead).
It compiles just fine here with gcc 4.5.0.
