I agree. Previously http://planet.linuxmusicians.com/ was the more
general one and http://planet.linuxaudio.org/ the more dev one. Anyway,
I agree that there should be a split of sorts and someone should
moderate them in the sense that he should decide what goes where.
Besides that a headline-view rather than whole blog would be handy to
keep an overview.
