[LAD] AlsaModularSynth and LV2

Ok, so that's a great incentive to have a go at it then!

I just saw the LV2 Hello World in C++...

AMS internal modules are wrote in C++, without specific GUI...
All right, how hard can it be!

I'll let you know if I face any issues!
