It's available as PDF from the LAC website:

Victor may have a few printed copies left over but I'm not aware of a
print-on-demand service for it.

As for a "quick reference", check out the program-page which includes
the abstracts of each presentation, links to individual papers, as well
as slides and recordings where available:
