Indeed, the cut off point now is... less than ideal.  Now the announce
list has a hanging question about what the technological problem was
with LV2 that caused this... but there isn't one.  Yay FUD.  Sigh.

An exquisitely terrible job on the part of all parties concerned.  Keep
up the good work, Internet comrades!
