[LAD] DrMr: a new lv2 sampler/drum machine plugin

Of course I managed to leave a misplaced dependency in the Makefile.  
It's fixed now, but if anyone is getting:

make: *** No rule to make target `drmr_ui.xml', needed by `drmr.lv2'. Stop.


When trying to build, just re-clone the repo.
