[LAD] Support for Steinberg UR22 (Yamaha USB chipset 0499:1509)?

Hi Clemens,

unfortunately i am more a user then a dev. 
So I can only test things, a dev comes up with.

Just out of interest I logged all events, when plugging the device in under
win 8.1 with usbtrace.
Here are the results:
