[LAD] Detecting 'ready' status of JACK-aware applications in Python

I've been using https://github.com/rknLA/pyjack to query for jack
ports and connect them for some simple applications and it's working
nicely. You can use the flags to get info about the ports and I guess
if the port is listed and has input/output flags it should be ready to
accept connections.
