[LAD] EKO sound editor

Hello! I've released the new version of the sound editor EKO:

This release features FX presets engine, and the new effect Vynil Taste
that simulates vynil plate noises. EKO is based on Qt5, libsndfile,
portaudio and libsamplerate.
