[LAD] libsndfile 1.0.28 released

Hi all,

New version available here:

Changes:

  * Fix buffer overruns in FLAC and ID3 handling code.
  * Move to variable length header storage.
  * Fix detection of Large File Support for 32 bit systems.
  * Remove large stack allocations in ALAC handling code.
  * Remove all use of Variable Length Arrays.
  * Minor bug fixes and improvements.
