[LAD] B.Choppr 1.8.0 (audio stream chopping LV2 plugin)

Hello,

a new version of the LV2 plugin B.Choppr with requested new features is 
released. B.Choppr is an audio stream chopping LV2 plugin and the 
official successor of B.Slizr.

What's new:
* Amp swing option
* Less dominant background
* Bugfixes
