[linux-audio-user] NoteEdit problem

Hi,
I have tried several times to play a midi file loaded in NotedEdit
but I cant hear anything.
I run successfully (hear the music of) other applications like
MidiSynth for ex.
I looked at the midi setup menu , there was one item there:
MPU-401 0.0 Midi interface #1.  OSS was checked (I am with OSS, not
ALSA)

Anybody have any idea what the problem is?
