Actually I had to look at lspci -v and lsusb and check

00:1f.2 USB Controller: Intel Corp. 82820 820 (Camino 2) Chipset USB 
(Hub A) (rev 04) (prog-if 00 [UHCI])
         Subsystem: Giga-byte Technology: Unknown device 2440
         Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 0, IRQ 11

Then compare that to the info from the Hub controller in lsusb

Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000 Virtual Hub

this line has the answer:

   iSerial                 1 cc00

I find that the hub which is running on irq 11 is the same one I have 
attached my audio card to. So no worries.
