Maybe: isn't Stallmann a communist? Ah no, he's libertarian (is this
word a correct translation of "libertär" in German?), so what the h... 

Now, seriously: Obviously this is not against the GPL, because it
doesn't hinder you in any way to use the software for devilish
purposes or give it away to a heavy metal freak, it just wants you to
think about, what you're doing by this. 

If you think, that you don't care, that should be sufficient and you
aren't doing anything against the law (at least not in this world...)
